i recieve an annuity from my pension if i claim bankrupcy will i lose anypart of my pension

If an individual has assets in more than one province, how do you determine which assets they get to keep?

I completed my studies 10 years ago and my student loans are in collection with a collection firm. I took another course 3 years ago that didn't result in any other student loans, can I still declare bankruptcy?

so if i own two vehicles before i claim for bankruptcy and one cost under 3000 to buy and the other one deos not work(broke down) i will still keep both or no just one of them?
