Verrosa Retail Inc., (the “Company”) operated an online retail liquidation sales company. It was incorporated in 2018 in the province of Ontario. The Company made an assignment in bankruptcy on September 29th, 2023.

On June 14, 2017, MNP LTD was appointed Receiver (the "Receiver") without security, of certain assets, undertakings and properties (the "Assets") of Vertamin Real Estate Inc.

On February 4, 2022, Vertex Downhole Ltd. filed a Notice of Intention to make a Proposal. Grant Thornton was named Trustee in the Proceedings. On March 4, 2022 an extension of time of 45 days was granted and MNP Ltd. was substituted to act as Trustee under the Proposal. As a result of the court not extending Vertex's stay of proceedings, the company is now deemed bankrupt as of July 15, 2022.
