On May 21, 2020 MNP Ltd. was appointed as Liquidator pursuant to the Ontario Business Corporations Act and Canada Business Corporations Act of First Hamilton Holdings Inc., First Hamilton Financial Services Inc., First Hamilton Capital Inc., First Hamilton General Partner 2 Inc. and First Hamilton Mortgage Brokers Inc. by Order of the Ontario Super Court Justice.
