On April 5, 2024 MNP was appointed receiver of 2632363 Ontario Inc. (the “Company”). The Company operated a gas station on owned property at 330 Tower Street South, Fergus, Ontario.

On June 5, 2023, 2633286 Ontario Limited filed an assignment in bankruptcy, which was accepted by the Office of the Superintendent of Bankruptcy Canada and became effective on June 6, 2023 and MNP Ltd. was appointed as the Licensed Insolvency Trustee.

The House of Cheese ceased operations on December 31, 2022, after 43 years of operations. The operations in the Ottawa Byward Market and Barrhaven locations both closed effective December 31, 2022.
