Scytl Canada Inc. (the “Company”) operated a voting software development company. It was incorporated in 2011 in the province of Ontario. The Company made an assignment in bankruptcy on April 4th, 2024.

On July 5, 2022, the Receiver filed an assignment of the Debtor’s assets for the general benefit of the creditors, pursuant to paragraph 8 of the Court Order rendered on February 18, 2022.
