On May 14, 2021 MNP Ltd. was appointed as Licensed Insolvency Trustee of Imagine Research and Technology Inc. (“Imagine Research”) under the Bankruptcy and Insolvency Act. Imagine Research was the developer and owner of certain patent applications and was based in Edmonton, AB.

On February 4, 2022, Immeubles Lecluze Inc. filed a Notice of Intention to make a Proposal and MNP Ltd consented to act as Trustee. On February 14, 2022 an Order granting the substantive consolidation of the estates of Immeubles Lecluze Inc. and Éclairage Contraste M.L Inc. was issued by the Court. On August 31, 2023, Integro Building Systems Inc. filed an assignment in bankruptcy, which was accepted by the Office of the Superintendent of Bankruptcy and became effective on the same day.
