The companies were placed into receivership on November 20, 2020 pursuant to a Order of the Court issued by Justice Roger. The companies operated a daycare facility in Ottawa, which ceased operations.

On November 30, 2020, 6860966 Canada Inc. was deemed bankrupt pursuant to the non-filing of a proposal. 6ix Pizzas Inc. operated a pizza restaurant in Toronto, Ontario. MNP was appointed receiver by the Bank of Montreal on February 15th, 2024.

On June 18, 2021, 7198362 Manitoba Ltd. (“7198362”) filed a Notice of Intention to Make a Proposal (the “NOI”) pursuant to Section 50.4(1) of the Bankruptcy and Insolvency Act (the “BIA”). On July 12, 2021, the Court of Queen’s Bench of Alberta granted an Order terminating the stay of proceedings for 7198362, which was subsequently deemed to be bankrupt.
