Navaya Inc. filed a Notice of Intention to File a Proposal on May 16, 2023 and MNP Ltd. has consented to act as Trustee under the Proposal. The company is deemed bankrupt pursuant to the non-filing of a Proposal as of the 16th day of June 2023.
