Rural Routes Brewing Company Ltd. (“Rural Routes”) was assigned into bankruptcy on January 23, 2023 and MNP Ltd. was appointed as Licensed Insolvency Trustee. Rural Routes operated a brewery and restaurant in Leduc, Alberta.

SafetyTek Software Ltd. (the "Company") owned and operated a computer systems design and related services company based out of Calgary, Alberta. On October 25, 2023, Sajjith Petro Inc. was placed into Receivership on application by the Royal Bank of Canada (RBC). RBC’s outstanding indebtedness was approximately $2,000,000.00 at the time the application was made. Sajjith Petro Inc. operated an Ultramar gas station and convenience store in Campbellford, Ontario. The Receiver intends to have the property listed for sale and to complete a sales process.

Salon Deux Inc. filed an assignment in bankruptcy on January 4, 2023 and MNP Ltd. was named as Trustee to the file.

Sante Medical Ltd. filed an assignment in bankruptcy on November 4, 2022 and MNP Ltd. was appointed as Trustee of the bankrupt estate. Publicly available documents related to these proceedings will be posted below.

The individuals were placed into receivership on application for the two secured creditors. The individuals operated a horse boarding and riding facility. The individuals ceased to make the agreed mortgage payments and payments for property taxes. The operations did not generate sufficient cash flow to meet the required mortgage payments.
