The Applicant, The Toronto-Dominion Bank, make an application for an order substantially, pursuant to section 243(1) of the Bankruptcy and Insolvency Act, RSC 1985, c. B-3 , as amended and section 101 of the Courts of Justice Act, RSO 1990, c. C 43 , as amended, and appoints MNP Ltd. as receiver of 2668438 Ontario Inc. without security over all the assets, undertakings, and property.

On December 24, 2025, 2696214 Ontario Corporation was assigned into bankruptcy, and MNP Ltd. was appointed as Trustee of the bankrupt estate. Publicly available documents related to these proceedings will be posted below.

MNP was appointed receiver of 2700455 Ontario Inc. (the “Company”) by the Ontario Superior Court of Justice. The effective day of the appointment was July 2, 2025. The Company operated an Esso gas station at 337 2nd Street, Hanover, Ontario.
