- Lands municipally located at 1000 – 7 Ave SW in Calgary (the “Plaza 1000 Property”); and
- All of the current and future assets and undertakings and properties of every nature and kind whatsoever of Plaza 1000 situated on the Plaza 1000 Property including all proceeds thereof (collectively, the “Property”).
