On June 15, 2019, Satin Flooring failed to file the Proposal within the extension of the period granted by the Ontario Superior Court of Justice under the s.50.4(9) of the Act and is deemed to have thereupon made an assignment pursuant to s.50.4(8)(b) of the Act. On August 29, 2017, MNP Ltd. became Receiver of SavvyDoc Inc. (the "Debtor") pursuant to a General Security Agreement held by Business Development Bank of Canada.

Schnarr Legacy Craftsmen Inc. (the “Company”) operated a carpentry business. It was incorporated in 2023 in the province of Ontario. The Company made an assignment in bankruptcy on February 24th, 2026.

Scytl Canada Inc. (the “Company”) operated a voting software development company. It was incorporated in 2011 in the province of Ontario. The Company made an assignment in bankruptcy on April 4th, 2024.

On May 15, 2026, the Supreme Court of Prince Edward Island (the "Court") sitting as a court designated pursuant to the Companies' Creditors Arrangement Act ("CCAA") issued an Initial Order appointing MNP Ltd. as monitor (the "Monitor") to Seafood 2000 Ltd. and providing the company with various protections in virtue of the CCAA. The Court number assigned to the CCAA proceeding is No. S1 GS 31472.

SEC ACG Kaloom filed a Proposal on May 30, 2025 and MNP Ltd. has consented to act as Trustee under the Proposal.
