On May 20, 2025 MNP was appointed receiver of development properties in Lasalle, Ontario owned by 1000200839 Ontario Inc. by the Ontario Superior Court of Justice.

The numbered company was place into Receivership on application by the Business Development Bank of Canada. The Company owns vacant land and building in Cornwall, Ontario. The property was not generating any rental income and the Company failed to make the required mortgage payments to BDC. The plan of the Receiver is to liquidate the land and building for the benefit of the secured creditor.

Matrix Group Assurance Corp. made an application pursuant to section 243(1) of the Bankruptcy and Insolvency Act, R.S.C. 1985, c. B-3, as amended and section 101 of the Courts of Justice Act, R.S.O. 1990, c. C.43, as amended appointing MNP Ltd. as Receiver without security, of the Property of 1000428938 Ontario Inc.

On November 26, 2025 MNP Ltd. was appointed receiver of 1000660433 Ontario Inc., operating as Silva Built Construction, by order of the Ontario Superior Court of Justice. The company operated a construction and renovation business from leased premises in Georgetown, Ontario.

On February 17, 2026 MNP Ltd was appointed receiver 1000747483 Ontario Inc., 1000747484 Ontario Inc. and 1000747477 Ontario Inc. (collectively the “Companies” ) by Order of the Ontario Superior Court of Justice. The Companies operated a truck repair and storage business under the names Chapple Fuels or Chapple Fuels Repair Division from owned real property at 175 and 195 Bothwell Street, Chatham, Ontario.

The directors of the company sold the operating name and recipes to a local grocery chain and elected to retire. There were no succession plans for the operations and no individual was prepared to assume the ongoing operations. The majority creditor was a related party who owned the rented premises.
