1001469965 Ontario Inc.Magnum Worldwide Holdings Inc. and Magnum Nutraceuticals Inc.

On October 6, 2025, pursuant to an order of the Ontario Superior Court of Justice (Commercial List), MNP Ltd. was appointed as Receiver (the “Receiver”) of Magnum Worldwide Holdings Inc. and Magnum Nutraceuticals Inc. 

On February 3, 2026, the Receiver filed an assignment for 1001469965 Ontario Inc.  (Residual Co.), which was duly accepted by the Office of the Superintendent of Bankruptcy and became effective on that date. MNP Ltd. was appointed as the Licensed Insolvency Trustee for the bankrupt estate, pending affirmation by the creditors at the First Meeting of Creditors scheduled on February 23, 2026, at 2:00 PM Eastern Standard Time through MS Teams call.
