1923846 Alberta Ltd.

MNP Ltd. was appointed receiver and manager (the “Receiver”) of 1923846 Alberta Ltd. (the “Company”) pursuant to an Order granted by the Court of King’s Bench of Alberta dated July 9, 2025 (the “Receivership Order”). The Order was stayed until July 30, 2025. The Receiver confirms that the stay has expired and is proceeding with its mandate as set out in the Receivership Order. 

The Company is the registered owner of a commercial office building known as Franklin Atrium located at 3015 5th Avenue NE and 3030 3rd Avenue NE in Calgary, Alberta (the “Property”).

The Receiver has engaged NAI Commercial Real Estate Inc. ("NAI") to list and market the Property for sale. All inquiries can be addressed to:

On February 20, 2026, the Court of King's Bench of Alberta granted an Order discharging the Receiver. All inquires regarding the property are directed back to the Company.
