I have a partnership company with a debt of 5,000.00 and alot of other debt's. I need to know if i can claim bankruptsy and how.

me and my husband are intrested in going bankrupt asap and would like to now what we would need and the fees required in this process.

I understand that it takes 7 years for a bankruptcy to clear from a credit bureau. Is that 7 years from the date of discharge or 7 years from the initial filing date of the bankruptcy?

If I have been discharged from bankruptcy will my bankruptcy affect my ability to be bonded for a job?

I understand that you cannot file for personal bankruptcy if you are a Director of an Incorporated company. How does a person go about resigning as the Director??? Thanks, Kelly

There seems to be much confusion in the minds of many people as to the difference between personal and business bankruptcy.

If a creditor disputes a second personal bankruptcy and the case is still in the courts, how long does the court have to make a decisson on the fraudulant charge.

in a 2 person marriage and then a split one clams bankruptcy and the other do not ,the one who did not caim bankruptcy are thet to be put in the same 6 year hold by creditors even thow they have not filed ever for bankruptcy?
