On July 2, 2018, 1787930 Ontario Inc. cob as Messenger Freight Systems (“Messenger” & 1732427 Ontario Inc. (“173 ON”) each filed a Notice of Intention to Make a Proposal (“NOI”). MNP Ltd. was appointed as the Licensed Insolvency Trustee.

Messenger submitted a proposal on October 12, 2018. An amended version was approved by creditors on November 2 and by the Court on December 4. After fulfilling all requirements, Messenger received a Certificate of Full Performance from the Trustee on September 17, 2020.

173 ON submitted a proposal on October 12, 2018, accepted by creditors on November 2 and approved by the Court on December 4. After fulfilling its obligations, 173 ON received a Certificate of Full Performance on December 23, 2020.
