MNP Ltd. was appointed receiver manager (the "Receiver") of 112 Street NW Edmonton Partners LP by its general partner 112 Street NW Edmonton Partners GP Inc., and 112 Street NW Edmonton Partners GP Inc. (the “Company”) pursuant to an Order granted by the Court of King’s Bench of Alberta dated May 9, 2023.

The Company owns the land and building located at 10050 – 112 Street NW, Edmonton, Alberta known as Compass Place (the "Property").
