MNP Ltd. was appointed Receiver of The Complete Masonry Ltd., 1875329 Alberta Ltd. and Beatty Rentals Ltd. (collectively referred to as the “Companies”) by way of a Court of Queen’s Bench of Alberta Order dated April 10, 2019. The Companies provided masonry and equipment rental services in the Grande Prairie, Alberta area, however, operations had ceased prior to the appointment of the Receiver.

MNP Ltd was appointed Receiver to the file, pursuant to a Court Order rendered on May 3, 2019. The Debtor Company filed an assignment in bankruptcy on August 2, 2019 and MNP Ltd. was named as Trustee to the file.

Pursuant to the terms of an Order pronounced July 29, 2019 in the Supreme Court of British Columbia, it was ordered that Louis Racz Co. Ltd. (the "Company") be liquidated pursuant to s. 324 of the Business Corporations Act.
