The Companies operated as in the forestry/ construction industry in Fort Frances, Ontario but had ceased active operations prior to the bankruptcies. MNP Ltd. was appointed as Receiver of 2093924 Ontario Inc. (the “Company”) by way of a Court of King’s Bench of Alberta Order dated X and which became effective on February 13, 2024. The Company operates a full service car wash under the trade name Wash Factory in the Edmonton, Alberta area.
