Galloway Construction Group Ltd. was located near Ponoka, Alberta and provided industrial construction services to the telecommunications, oil and gas, forestry, civil and road building industries since 1997.

On June 24, 2019, On Track Door Systems Canada Inc. filed a Notice of Intention to Make a Proposal (the "NOI") pursuant to Subsection 50.4(1) of Part III, Division I of the Bankruptcy and Insolvency Act (Canada) (the "BIA") and MNP Ltd. ("MNP") was named as the proposal trustee (the "Trustee").
