Vital Property Services Inc. and Tidy Holdings Corporation

MNP Ltd. was appointed Interim Receiver of Vital Property Services Inc. (“Vital”) and Tidy Holdings Corporation (“Tidy”) on February 6, 2023 pursuant to an Order granted by the Court of King’s Bench of Alberta.

Vital is a property services company providing cleaning, landscaping, snow removal and general maintenance services. Tidy is a holding company and owns property located at 12304 – 96 Street NW, Edmonton, Alberta (Legal Description: Lot 4, Block 10, Plan 6999ET).
