On November 4, 2021, MNP Ltd. was appointed as Receiver (the “Receiver”) of all of the assets, undertakings and properties of the Company pursuant to an Order pronounced by the Court of Queen's Bench of Alberta (the “Receivership Order”). As authorized in paragraph 4. (q) of the Receivership Order, on February 18, 2022, the Receiver filed an assignment in bankruptcy for Eco-Industrial Business Park Inc. and MNP Ltd. was appointed as Trustee of the Bankrupt Estate.
