On October 29, 2021, MNP Ltd. was appointed as receiver, without security, of the Property municipally known as 1919 Riverside Drive, Ottawa, Ontario, and legally described as PT LT 16, CON JG, PTS 1 & 2, 5R12853, Ottawa, being all of PIN 04201-0147 (LT), together with the freehold interest in the building located on such real property, of Riverside Professional Centre Inc., pursuant to Section 243(1) of the Bankruptcy and Insolvency Act, R.S.C 1985, c. B-3, as amended and section 101 of the Courts of Justice Act, R.S.O. 1990, c. C.43, as amended.
