Ritchie Industries Inc. and Duck Mountain Environmental Ltd.

MNP Ltd. was appointed as Interim Receiver of Ritchie Industries Inc. (“Ritchie”) and Duck Mountain Environmental Ltd. (“DME”) (collectively as the “Company”) by way of a Court of Queen’s Bench of Saskatchewan (the “Court”) Order dated June 1, 2021. Ritchie operates a liquor store and Petro Canada gas station in Kamsack, SK and DME operates as a septic hauling and pressure washing company.  MNP Ltd. was appointed as Receiver by way of a Court Order dated June 29, 2021.  Ritche and DME had filed Notice of Intentions to Make a Proposal (“NOI”) on May 30, 2021, however, in accordance with a June 29, 2021 Court Order the NOI process was terminated and both entities were placed into bankruptcy with MNP Ltd. appointed as Licensed Insolvency Trustee.
