On October 10, 2023, the Quebec Superior Court for the district of Quebec (the "Court") sitting as a court designated pursuant to the Companies' Creditors Arrangement Act ("CCAA") issued an Initial Order appointing MNP Ltd. as monitor (the "Monitor") to Québec Parmentier Inc. ; 9465-0850 Québec Inc. ; 9490-0388 Québec Inc. ; 9440-5818 Québec Inc. ; 9440-5776 Québec Inc. ; 9450-8405 Québec Inc. ; Propur Inc. ; Marketing SEQ Inc. ; Gessam Inc. ; Légupro Inc. (the "Debtors" or "Group Québec Parmentier" ) and providing the Debtors with various protections in virtue of the CCAA. The Court number assigned to the CCAA proceeding is 200-11-028827-239.

MNP Ltd., in its capacity as Monitor of Group Québec Parmentier, is requesting offers for the purchase of the Debtor's assets.

Sales Process & Timing

The sale will be carried out without legal warranty and on an “as is, where is” basis. The sale will be carried out based on predefined lots. Offers may be for separate lots only. A non-disclosure agreement must be signed in order to obtain all additional information. Detailed information will be made available via a virtual data room and visits of assets can be arranged upon requests.
