Pierre is a Partner in MNP’s Corporate Recovery and Restructuring practice. For the past 25 years, he has been providing financial advisory and corporate restructuring services, offering clients comprehensive strategies for every stage of a company’s reorganization.
A graduate of the University of Sherbrooke’s Institute of Entrepreneurship, Pierre leverages his entrepreneurial mindset and deep understanding of business challenges to deliver forward-looking strategies to clients. He provides business diagnostic services and advisory support to management in the context of corporate and formal insolvency restructurings. Helping clients address and resolve operational, sales, and financing challenges is a key source of pride for Pierre, who excels in project management and analysis.
Bilingual in English and French, Pierre holds a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) and a Master of Administration (M.Sc.) from the Université de Sherbrooke. He is a Chartered Professional Accountant (CPA), qualifying in 1998. He earned the Chartered Insolvency and Restructuring Professional (CIRP) designation in 2011 and is a Licensed Insolvency Trustee (LIT).
Committed to his community, Pierre has supported local sports by volunteering as a minor hockey coach with the Varennes Minor Hockey Association from 2007 to 2019. He held a variety of roles with the Turnaround Management Association (TMA) – Montréal Chapter from 2017 and 2024, including serving as Chapter president in 2023 and 2024.
