On July 13, 2022 a Receivership Order was granted by the Court of Queen's Bench of Alberta placing Vertex Downhole Ltd. into Receivership and appointing MNP Ltd. as the Receiver and Manager over all current and future assets, undertakings and properties of every nature and kind of Vertex Downhole Ltd. All publicly available documents in these proceedings will be posted on this website.

MNP Ltd. in its capacity as Court appointed Receiver and Manager of Vertex Downhole Ltd. and not in its personal or corporate capacity made an application and was granted an amended Receivership Order in this matter to 2012145 Alberta Ltd.
