Pursuant to a Receivership Order granted by the Ontario Superior Court of Justice on October 6, 2025, MNP Ltd was appointed as of certain of the Companies’ assets, undertakings and properties for the purposes of supervising the debtor-in-possession operations of the Companies.  A copy of the Receivership Order and other publicly available information in these proceedings will be posted on this website.
