On October 24, 2025, the Court granted an Order that, among other things, (i) approved the terms of the binding purchase agreement (the "Stalking Horse Agreement") between the Receiver and 1001325230 Ontario Inc., and (ii) approve the stalking horse sale and investment solicitation process.  Please see the attached Information Summary for further details and, to receive access to the electronic data room, please return a signed copy of the attached Confidentiality Agreement to the undersigned or Sumit Dave at [email protected].
