On July 28, 2023, MNP Ltd. was appointed the Receiver (the “Receiver") of Adventus Realty Canada Holdings Limited Partnership ("ARCHLP"); Adventus Realty Services Inc. ("ARSI"); and Adventus Realty Trust ("ART")(collectively referred to as the “Companies”).
The Companies filed an assignment in bankruptcy on July 21, 2023 and FTI Consulting Canada Inc. was appointed as the trustee in bankruptcy (the “Trustee”) of each entity.
