RBC’s outstanding indebtedness was approximately $2,000,000.00 at the time the application was made. Sajjith Petro Inc. operated an Ultramar gas station and convenience store in Campbellford, Ontario. The Receiver intends to have the property listed for sale and to complete a sales process.
