Zio's Pizza Kitchen Ltd. filed a Notice of Intention to Make a Proposal naming MNP Ltd. as the Proposal Trustee on July 8, 2019. The Proposal was accepted by the required majority at the Reconvened Meeting of Creditors held on December 5, 2019.

Zeal Electric Inc. filed a Notice of Intention to Make a Proposal on February 16, 2017, and MNP LTD consented to act as Trustee under the proposal. On June 2, 2017, the company was deemed bankrupt pursuant to the non-filing of a proposal.

On September 8, 2020, Zargon Oil & Gas Ltd., Zargon Oil & Gas Partnership and Zargon US Holdings Ltd. submitted a Notice of Intention to Make a Proposal, and MNP Ltd. consented to act as the Trustee. On December 24th, 2020, Justice Sally Gomery appointed MNP LTD. as receiver in respect of the property for Yuk Cheung Lee located 330 & 332 Wilbrod Street. The appointment of the Receiver became necessary as the debtor was unable to enter into a firm purchase and sale agreement, unable to arrange for insurance and ceased to pay for utilities.

Yorkton Plumbing & Heating Ltd. (the "Company") owned and operated a plumbing and heating company based out of Yorkton, Saskatchewan. On February 6, 2024, the Company made an assignment into Bankruptcy. MNP Ltd. was appointed as Licensed Insolvency Trustee. On May 24, 2023, Xirix Network Corporation filed an assignment in bankruptcy, which was accepted by the Office of the Superintendent of Bankruptcy Canada and became effective on May 25, 2023 and MNP Ltd. was appointed as the Licensed Insolvency Trustee, subject to affirmation by the creditors at the first meeting of creditors which is scheduled on Ju ne 13, 2023.

Wolf Creek Golf Resort Ltd. (“Wolf Creek”) was placed into receivership proceedings by way of a Court of King’s Bench of Alberta Order dated October 13, 2022. Wolf Creek operated a 36-hole golf course and RV Park located in Ponoka, Alberta.

On February 4, 2014 MNP Ltd. was appointed as Receiver of Windermere Properties Ltd. pursuant to a Court of Queen’s Bench of Saskatchewan Order. Windermere Properties Ltd.’s principal business activity consisted of the development of a multi-unit residential condominium project in Prince Albert, Saskatchewan.

Why Wait Taxi and Delivery Ltd. (the “Company”) operated a taxi and delivery service. It was incorporated in 2015 in the province of Ontario. The Company made an assignment in bankruptcy on January 19th, 2024.

On March 20, 2018 Whitemud Mechanical Ltd. filed an assignment into bankruptcy and MNP Ltd. was appointed as Trustee.
