On June 5, 2017, KPH filed a proposal pursuant to the BIA (the "Proposal"), for the general purpose of which is to allow the Debtor sufficient additional time to negotiate and complete a sale of its business and assets on a going concern basis, the proceeds of which will form the basis of the amount to be offered to Creditors under an Amended Proposal.
