On February 17, 2017 1297835 Alberta Ltd. o/a Mayco Industries Group ("Mayco") filed an assignment in bankruptcy and MNP Ltd. consented to act as Trustee. Mayco operated as an electrical contractor based in Nisku, AB.

MNP Ltd. was appointed Receiver of 1287839 Alberta Ltd. o/a Kopala Environmental Services, Pricope Matwychuk Holdings Ltd., Fehr Quality Contracting and 101279740 Saskatchewan Ltd. (collectively as "Kopala") by way of a Court of Queen's Bench of Alberta Order dated March 29, 2018. Kopala operated in Bonnyville, Alberta and Conklin, Alberta providing services to the Oil and Gas industry.

12709996 Canada Inc. filed an assignment in bankruptcy on March 21, 2024 and MNP Ltd. was named as Trustee to the file.

On June 18, 2021, 12703131 Canada Ltd. (“12703131”) filed a Notice of Intention to Make a Proposal (the “NOI”) pursuant to Section 50.4(1) of the Bankruptcy and Insolvency Act (the “BIA”). On July 12, 2021, the Court of Queen’s Bench of Alberta granted an Order terminating the stay of proceedings for 12703131, which was subsequently deemed to be bankrupt.
