VES-Artex Systems Canada, ULC and VES-Artex Systems USA, LLC filed a notice of intention to make a proposal on February 17, 2022 and MNP Ltd. has consented to act as Trustee under the joint Proposal.

On February 4, 2022, Vertex Downhole Ltd. filed a Notice of Intention to make a Proposal. Grant Thornton was named Trustee in the Proceedings. On March 4, 2022 an extension of time of 45 days was granted and MNP Ltd. was substituted to act as Trustee under the Proposal. As a result of the court not extending Vertex's stay of proceedings, the company is now deemed bankrupt as of July 14 , 2022.
