MNP Ltd. was appointed receiver and manager (the "Receiver") of Lee-Siah Estates & Investments Inc. (the "Company") pursuant to an Order granted by the Court of King's Bench of Alberta dated December 16, 2025 (the "Receivership Order").
The Company is/was the registered owner of the following real property:
1. 5109 – 51 Street, Wabamun, Alberta (the "Wabamun Property")
2. 5 Sunset Boulevard, Whitecourt, Alberta (the “Whitecourt Property”)
The Whitecourt Property consists of land and a multi-family 2.5-storey building with 18 suites. On April 10, 2026 the Receiver applied for and obtained an Order approving the sale of the Whitecourt Property.
The Wabamun Property consists of land and a multi-family 2.5-storey building with 17 suites.
The Receiver has engaged NAI Commercial Real Estate Inc. ("NAI") to list and market the Wabamun Property for sale. All inquiries can be addressed to:
