1. 5109 – 51 Street, Wabamun, Alberta (the "Wabamun Property")
2. 5 Sunset Boulevard, Whitecourt, Alberta (the “Whitecourt Property”) (“SOLD”)
The Wabamun Property consists of land and a multi-family 2.5-storey building with 17 suites.
