On April 29, 2026, pursuant to a motion filed by  Dr Claude Morissette Inc. ; Centre de Santé Dentaire Globale de la Gare Inc. ; Clinique Dentaire Berthierville Inc. ; Centre Santé Dentaire Globale du Square Inc. ; 9405-1422 Québec Inc. ; Centre de Santé Dentaire Globale Saint-Laurent Inc. ; Buko Réso Centres Dentaires Inc. ; (the “Companies”), the Quebec Superior Court for the district of Montréal (the “Court”) sitting as a court designated pursuant to the Companies’ Creditors Arrangement Act (the “CCAA”) issued an initial order (the “Initial Order”) appointing MNP Ltd. as monitor (the “Monitor”) of the Companies, and providing the Companies with various protections as they prepare a plan of reorganization in virtue of the CCAA.
