Canada Tire Company Inc. and Canada Supply & Tires Inc.

On July 20, 2026, pursuant to a motion filed by Canada Tire Company Inc. and Canada Supply & Tires NS Inc. (the “Companies”) , the Quebec Superior Court for the district of Montreal (the “Court”) sitting as a court designated pursuant to the Companies’ Creditors Arrangement Act (the “CCAA”) issued an initial order (the “Initial Order”) appointing MNP Ltd. as monitor (the “Monitor”) of the Companies, and providing the Companies with various protections as they prepare a plan of reorganization in virtue of the CCAA.
