MNP Ltd. was appointed receiver and manager (the "Receiver") of Brar Brothers Ltd., A2Z Liquor Ltd., and Alberta Inn Wetaskiwin Ltd. (collectively the "Companies") pursuant to an Order Granted by the Court of King's Bench of Alberta dated February 12, 2026.
The Companies own a commercial property and building located at 4814 - 56 Street, Wetaskiwin, Alberta (the "Property"). The Property includes land, a hotel facility with 29 suites currently operated as the Travelodge by Windham Wetaskiwin, as well as a liquor store, both operated by the Companies. In addition, there is commercial space leased to a variety of third-party tenants.
