The Companies own a commercial property and building located at 4814 - 56 Street, Wetaskiwin, Alberta (the "Property"). The Property includes 1.81 AC± of land, a 23,299 SF± hotel facility with 29 suites currently operated as the Travelodge by Windham Wetaskiwin, as well as a liquor store, both operated by the Companies. In addition, there is commercial space leased to a variety of third-party tenants.
