MNP Ltd. was appointed receiver (the “Receiver”) of Boynton Developments (Kelowna) Ltd., Boynton (Kelowna) Limited Partnership, Promintory Developments Inc., and Promintory Developments Limited Partnership (the “Debtors”) pursuant to an Order granted by the Supreme Court of British Columbia dated August 15, 2025 (the “Receivership Order”).

The Debtors are the registered owners of real property located at lands civically described as 665-685 Boynton Place in Kelowna, British Columbia (the “Boynton Lands”). The Debtors’ business consisted of developing a phased townhome project on the Boynton Lands.

The Receiver has engaged Colliers Canada (“Colliers”) to solicit offers to purchase the Boynton Lands. The offering includes 20 partially constructed townhomes in “lock up” condition and additional undeveloped land with approval for an additional 40 units.

On April 24, 2026, the Supreme Court of British Columbia granted an Approval and Reverse Vesting Order approving a transaction in respect of the Property.
