Boynton Developments (Kelowna) Ltd., et al

MNP Ltd. was appointed receiver (the “Receiver”) of Boynton Developments (Kelowna) Ltd., Boynton (Kelowna) Limited Partnership, Promintory Developments Inc., and Promintory Developments Limited Partnership (the “Debtors”) pursuant to an Order granted by the Supreme Court of British Columbia dated August 15, 2025 (the “Receivership Order”).

The Receiver has engaged Colliers Canada (“Colliers”) to solicit offers to purchase the property located at 665-685 Boynton Place, Kelowna, British Columbia (the “Boynton Lands”). The Boynton Lands is a partially developed townhouse site consisting of approximately 3.16 acres in the Glenmore area of Kelowna, with 20 partially constructed units in Blocks 7 & 8 and 40 approved but unbuilt units in Blocks 1-6.
