Organic Hill Corp. filed an assignment on the 17 th day of August, 2021, and MNP Ltd. was appointed as the Licensed Insolvency Trustee , subject to affirmation by the creditors at the first meeting of creditors.

On September 10, 2021 MNP Ltd. was appointed as Receiver of Aberdeen & District Charities Inc. under the terms of the security agreements granted to Affinity Credit Union. Aberdeen & District Charities Inc. owned and operated a recreational center in Aberdeen, Saskatchewan.

On January 20, 2021, the Quebec Superior Court for the district of Montreal (the "Court") sitting as a court designated pursuant to the Companies' Creditors Arrangement Act ("CCAA") issued an Order authorizing the Debtor to continue its restructuring process under CCAA, appointing MNP Ltd. as monitor (the "Monitor") and providing the Debtor with various protections as they prepare a plan of reorganization in virtue of the CCAA.

MNP Ltd. was appointed as Receiver of Intelife LP and Intelife GP Ltd. by way of a Court of Queen’s Bench of Alberta Order dated January 19, 2021. ILP is an investment company headquartered in Edmonton, Alberta which purchases security contracts (the “Security Contracts”) sourced by its wholly subsidiaries, Intelife Security & Automation Ltd. (“ISA”) and Intelife Finance Corporation (“IFC”).

On December 24th, 2020, Justice Sally Gomery appointed MNP LTD. as receiver in respect of the property for Yuk Cheung Lee located 330 & 332 Wilbrod Street. The appointment of the Receiver became necessary as the debtor was unable to enter into a firm purchase and sale agreement, unable to arrange for insurance and ceased to pay for utilities.
