On June 25, 2025, pursuant to a motion filed by the Companies, the Quebec Superior Court for the district of Terrebonne (the “Court”) sitting as a court designated pursuant to the Companies’ Creditors Arrangement Act (the “CCAA”) issued an initial order (the “Initial Order”) appointing MNP Ltd. as monitor (the “Monitor”) of the Companies, and providing the Companies with various protections as they prepare a plan of reorganization in virtue of the CCAA.
