Kristin is a member of MNP’s Insolvency and Corporate Recovery group in Edmonton. Kristin helps clients restructure successfully and preserve value, by providing restructuring and insolvency advice to financial institutions, creditors, government agencies, shareholders and debtors.
Kristin consults on viability assessments, tailored business plans, cash flow forecasts, and reorganization options. She acts as a receiver, licensed insolvency trustee, and Companies' Creditors Arrangement Act (CCAA) monitor, in addition to taking on other informal mandates across a wide range of industries, including real estate, oil and gas, agriculture, hospitality, and construction.
Kristin is a Chartered Professional Accountant (CPA), qualifying as a Chartered Accountant (CA) in 2013. She is a Chartered Insolvency and Restructuring Practitioner (CIRP) and Licensed Insolvency Trustee (LIT), and a member of the Western Canada International Women’s Insolvency and Restructuring Confederation network.
