Holly is a member of MNP’s Insolvency and Corporate Recovery group in Vancouver.

Since 2009, Holly has acted as a financial advisor providing strategy and transactions solutions to distressed businesses in a variety of jurisdictions. She helps companies with informal restructuring, and also acts in a formal capacity administering proposals, receiverships, bankruptcies, liquidations, and business reviews. She primarily helps businesses in the forestry, cannabis, hospitality, real estate, and mining and metals sectors.

 Holly brings significant experience from London, UK to her role, working on multibillion-dollar cross-border, multijurisdictional financial sector liquidations with large and complex debt and group structures. In addition to her UK experience, she is familiar with restructuring regulations in the U.S., Cayman Islands, Australia, Europe, Middle East, and Africa.

 Holly is a Chartered Professional Accountant (CPA), Chartered Accountant, Chartered Insolvency and Restructuring Professional (CIRP), and Licensed Insolvency Trustee (LIT). She holds a Certificate of Insolvency from the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales, and is a member of the Insolvency Institute of Canada.
