Alexandre Gauron CIRP, LIT Vice-President, Recovery and Restructuring

Alexandre is a director with MNP’s Insolvency and Corporate Restructuring group in Montréal. He helps struggling companies move forward by offering effective solutions tailored to their unique needs. Recognized for his professionalism and ability to thrive in demanding environments, Alexandre stands out for his analytical mind and practical approach. He listens attentively, to quickly identify issues and propose strategies customized for the specific needs of each client’s business.

Alexandre holds a Bachelor of Science (BSc) from the University of Montréal. He is a Certified Insolvency and Restructuring Professional (CIRP 2023) and a Licensed Insolvency Trustee (LIC).

Alexandre sits on the board of directors of the Québec Council of Licensed Insolvency Trustees (Conseil des syndics autorisés en insolvabilité du Québec — CSAI).
