MNP Ltd. was appointed as Interim Receiver of Avi Life-Lab Inc. by virtue of an Order granted by the Court on November 17, 2021. On December 15, 2021 , a Bankruptcy Order was issued against Avi Life-Lab Inc and MNP Ltd. was appointed as Trustee in the bankruptcy.

On June 18, 2021, 12703131 Canada Ltd. (“12703131”) filed a Notice of Intention to Make a Proposal (the “NOI”) pursuant to Section 50.4(1) of the Bankruptcy and Insolvency Act (the “BIA”).
